The Pathfinder Program

The Pathfinder Program aims to develop a scout's independence and skills through a structured journey, accommodating individual paces and interests. The program is initiated with Tenderfoot and Second Class badges, leading to the exploration of a wide array of topics through special proficiency badges.

Starting The Program

Scouts begin their journey by learning basic outdoor skills and scouting principles through the Tenderfoot and Second Class badges.

The Heart of the Program

Central to the Pathfinder Program are the Four Pillars, each focusing on a distinct aspect of development: outdoor skills, community service, creative arts, and life skills.

Pathfinders in Patrol

Scouts work within patrols, fostering teamwork and shared experiences through group activities and challenges.
