Otters love learning about the 10 essentials! You can discuss what they should carry in their packs or even assemble kits as part of a meeting.

- Otter Information Cards (if you print these on cardstock or laminate them, they'll last longer in the kids' scout bags)
- Large Garbage Bag (it's great if you can find colorful ones, but any large, sturdy bag will do)
- Mini Flashlight
