Hiking Safety
Start by playing Kim's Game with the 10 Essentials, then discuss the Otter 10 Essentials and possibly assemble some simple kits for the kids to take with them on your hike. Discuss hiking safety. Short day hike, with a stop in the middle for a story and a snack.
